Perhaps, you are going through a difficult period in your life at this moment. Maybe it is so difficult that you are questioning the entire existence and its sense. We are helping each other 

From the nondual point of view, there is no victim and aggressor, there is no good and evil. There is only unity that has decided to “play a Game of Life”. So, each of us “decided” to extend to this physical plane with a specific role, to experience certain experiences. Just like in every other Game, experience is the most important currency and value. And yes, this Game of duality is based on a scheme of darkness and light, so we need the “bad guys” and the “good guys”. The “bad guy” is helping you to experience something very important, although it is unpleasant for the body. Especially in the current times of the Great Awakening (where all karma/sin is about to conclude) because it often brings final healing/release of sometimes very old energies from your inner energetical system.  

The wisdom within you will appreciate the “negative help” of others and at the end of your painful experience, you will thank your enemy and accept them with love and gratitude. Your worst enemy is actually your best friend in disguise. Only your best friend would do something so terrible for you on your demand…

You have chosen this 

Everything that you have ever experienced, “bad or good”, has been intended by no one but you. It is very irrational to blame anyone for your own life. Well, it is YOUR life! You have chosen this path. There is no external God who would put you in a position of something that you haven’t wanted. Or in other words, God (the creator of your Soul) has given you free will and infinite options, so you choose an eternal path based on your individual preferences.

Your suffering is important 

The negative situations that make you suffer are critical, from the universal point of view, or a point of view of your Soul-development. Once we will experience how it feels to enter the realm of Light after thousands of years in darkness. When the cycle is complete, when the trauma is integrated, we will fully understand its great purpose.

Suffering has helped us to expand our individual and collective consciousness tremendously. What we call trauma is an experience we all signed to live before we became physical humans. We knew how much it will boost our spiritual growth…

Everything will make sense 

The Universe is one huge complex of living energy/consciousness. Everything is interconnected from the smallest atom through the biggest galaxy to higher dimensions etc. Every seemingly non-sense situation actually makes great sense. We just have to be patient and wait for the final picture. That usually comes after our physical death but this time, we can all perceive it by achieving higher levels of our spiritual potential. The closer we are to the Higher Self, the more we understand the past-presence-future as one singular story. 

Everything will be good 

You have been bombarded by hundreds of catastrophic scenarios that make you more insecure and negative. Please, don’t believe them! They are created by fearful/egoic minds that live in a great separation from the higher Truth. The fact is that your story and the story of all humanity began in the Light and to the Light, it shall return. That is the universal plan, to experience the contrast.  

What is extremely interesting and astonishing is that from the time-space point of view, we are living in the middle of the universal plan. This means we are just about to return to the Light after a very, very long time in darkness. Soon, we will taste the relief of God’s divine embrace.

All is perfect

The universe never makes mistakes. Everything is perfect, even what we perceive as mistakes. You are perfect even with your errors, your doubts, your anger, or sins. Everything that we call “bad” is part of a perfect “plan”. When we manage to escape the traumatized perspective of ego, we will see that every single moment of our life makes impeccable sense.
